Warped La Colmena 10th Anniversary Amado No.50 (5-7/8×50)

As a jaded cigar industry veteran, I dont get too excited about new releases anymore. After nearly 20 years, its bound to happen. But when Warped Cigars sent us a press release for this one, it was hard to hide my excitement.

Back in 2014, Warped Cigars began rolling out some of their soon-to-be classics. Amongst them was La Colmena. I still remember lighting it up; a smooth, balanced gem that went extremely well with a morning coffee but also paired excellently with my late-night bourbon. Now, 10 years later, its back! The core of the blend is comprised of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco that is then finished with an Ecuadorian Connecticut Deflorada wrapper. Celebrating Warped’s 10th anniversary never tasted so good.
