The Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Humidor is an homage to that legacy.

Emblazoned across the lid, youll find Fuentes golden symbols, including the band of the Don Carlos blend itself. This was Cigar Aficionados Cigar of the Year-winning blend in 2017. More specifically, it was the Cameroon-wrapped Don Carlos Eye of the Shark that bit into the judges and just wouldnt let go. It was the culmination of decades of work in the Fuente fields in the Dominican Republic where he helped re-establish his family after tragedy had forced them out of Nicaragua.

Fortunately, the Dominican Republic ultimately had everything the Fuentes needed.

Famed designer Manny Iriarte created this Don Carlos Humidor, as he had so many other special works of art for the brand. The collection has grown throughout the years to become the OpusX Society, including lighters, glassware, cases, watches, and more. This gorgeous humidor is yet another example of his world-class artisanship. And we are honored to be one of the exclusive retailers to carry his work.

The clock motif signals a central Fuente motto: Never rush the hands of time. Known for their aged blends, the Fuente family simply doesnt push a cigar out before its ready. Inside, this humidor can hold 100-120 premium cigars. Faintly fragrant Spanish cedar forms the lining. The top-level features a tray divided into three sections. The inscribed metal handles make it easy to lift this layer out and access the middle layer. In each section of this layer, an AF knob enables you to remove the lids and reach the bottom layer compartments. Airflow holes enable some humidification to make it below but built-in slots for humidification packs ensure that the cigars on the bottom of the Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Humidor are properly moist.

It’s a humidor with ample space, but also a conversation piece. It would be at home at the center of any lounge, cigar spot, or office desk. It makes a statement of taste and class, but also respect for craftsmanship and tradition.
