To get it lit, theres a fuel knob. As you turn this, it makes the butane start to flow. Youll hear it coming out. Then, grab the trigger and push in the ignition button with your thumb. This will get your flame roaring. Its a pretty wide flame, and you can control how much fuel comes out. If youre having trouble getting it lit, adjust the knob to increase fuel flow and keep clicking the ignition. That should do it.

The flame comes out nice and wide for lighting cigars of any ring gauge. We dont recommend trying to light this in the wind outside. Its not really a jet flame lighter. Instead, its best used indoors at your smoke lounge, man cave, or any other spot you like to hole up and puff away. With that in mind, its also not a portable lighter that you should plan to take with you when youre headed out somewhere to smoke cigars. This thing is a homebody.
